Sports Physicals

Free Sports Physicals

The high school is offering free sports physicals for high school and junior high
school athletes. This opportunity is for athletes enrolled in fall and/or winter
sports only. Another date will be scheduled later in the school year for those
athletes registered for spring sports. The required form is on the high school
Health Office and junior high school websites. The form must be completed and
signed by a parent or guardian and brought with you. The physician will NOT see
students without the completed form/signed consent. Physicals will take place on
Wednesday, July 30 th 2025 beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the High School Health
Office. Visits are first come first served. If there is an overwhelming response, we
may not be able to accommodate all interested athletes. Please know that this
physical does not meet the requirements for the physical exam that should be
performed by your healthcare provider every three to four years. Questions

Fall Athletics Message

Good Morning TRJHS Families,

Hopefully all of our students and their families are enjoying their summer break so far. We wanted to give a heads up to all families about an opportunity tomorrow at TRHS to get a free sports physical for any of our prospective athletes who may need one. Also, please see information from our athletic department regarding the use of Family ID for registration that needs to be completed prior to tryouts.

Athletic Announcement:
The Fall Sports season is right around the corner and here are some very important announcements to help get everyone signed up and ready to go for the start of Tryouts.

Free Sport Physicals
We will be holding free sports physicals for fall athletes in the high school nurse's office this Wednesday, August 7th from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM. In order to get your free sports physical at the school on Wednesday, 8/7 you must fill out the attached form below and bring the completed form in with you on the day of the physical.

Family ID Registration
In order to be eligible to try out for a fall sport, you must be fully signed up/ registered on Family ID with a copy of your updated physical attached to your registration. A parent or guardian should be signing you up for your fall sport on Family ID because there are several sections where they will have to input important medical information and sign off on certain sections.
